Yamaha Tenere XTZ660 Single carburetor manifold

For 30 to 35 mm carburetors. This manifold helps to get rid of old school Tenere dual carburetor that most of the time give a harsh experience. There is not much space in the frame and air box area so I m using very thin mesh instead of air filter.

NOTE: Engine tuning should only be performed by experienced mechanics as a "too-lean" condition can melt pistons and a "too-rich" condition can lead to excessive component wear and failure. Always do frequent plug checks or O2 measurements when making any carb adjustment.

BLACK RTV on CYLINDER HEADS must be used installing the manifold to assure 100% seal. No gaskets.

1. Apply RTV on cylinder heads
2. Stick the manifold, tie the bolts and let it sit for a while.
3. Let it dry for about 45 min - 1 hour.

Carburetor initial set up before first start! IMPORTANT!
1. Mixture screw - 1 1/2 turns back from closed position.
2. Main jet No 95 to No 105 on FCR 35 carburetor, depending on type of exhaust. Sock exhaust - No 95, straight exhaust - No 105.
